FPI Group and/or its subsidiaries ("FPI") are committed to protect the personal information which you provides. Below is the privacy policy of FPI and information about how FPI gather information about the users of this site, why FPI gather it, and what FPI do with it.

FPI collect personal information from you through several means such as the use of enquiry and registration form and every time you email FPI your details. FPI also automatically collect the Domain Name Server part of your email address and the pages visited. FPI may provide information received from you to the following persons:-

(i)	any other member of Friemann Pacific Investment Holding Limited("FPI");

(ii)	any nominee in whose name securities or other property may be registered;

(iii)	any contractor, agent or service provider which provides administrative, data processing, financial, computer, telecommunications, payment or securities clearing, financial, professional or other services to any member of FPI or to any other person to whom data is passed;

(iv)	any person with whom FPI enters into or proposes to enter into transaction on your behalf, or persons representing the same;

(v)	any assignee, transferee, participant, sub-participant, delegate, successor or person to whom your account is transferred;

(vi)	any business partner of any member of FPI; and

(vii)	governmental, regulatory of other bodies or institutions, whether as required by law, regulations applicable to any member of FPI, or otherwise.

The purposes for which the data provided by you from time to time may be used are:

(i)	providing aggregate information about the number of visitors to this site and the general statistics on usage patterns of this site;

(ii)	giving effect to the Instructions, and carrying out your other instructions;

(iii)	providing services in connection with your account, whether the services are provided by or through, any member of FPI or any other person;

(iv)	conducting credit inquiries or checks on you and ascertaining your financial situation and investment objectives, and enabling or assisting any other person so to do;

(v)	collection of amounts due, enforcement of security, charge or other rights and interests in favour of any member of FPI ;

(vi)	marketing existing and future services or products of any member of FPI or any other business partners may be subject;

(vii)	forming part of the records of the person or member of FPI to whom the data may be passed;

(viii)	observing any legal, regulatory or other requirements to which any member of FPI or any other persons may be subject;

(ix)	other purposes related or incidental to any one or more of the above.

FPI shall at all times observe the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("the Ordinance") and save as specified herein, keep your information confidential.

You shall have the right of access to and to correct your personal data held by FPI and FPI may charge a reasonable fee for processing such data request. Such request for access to and/or correction should be addressed as below:
